Rachel is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach with 6+ years of experience at Orangetheory, 9Round, the University of NC Wilmington and more. She is currently pregnant with her first little one which inspired her to get her GGS Pre and Post-Natal Fitness and Nutrition Certification to better help her clients navigate the difficulties of pregnancy and postpartum - both physical and mental.

Alyssa is a Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE Fitness. She has over four years of experience from NC State University, Crunch Fitness, and is currently a coach at Eat the Frog Fitness. With a corporate job and a passion for travel, Alyssa focuses on helping you get most out of your day by focusing on movement & fueling your body.
