Alyssa is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Before starting BRIMM with her best friend, she taught spin at Crunch Fitness and currently still teaches at Eat the Frog Fitness in Charlotte, NC. Alyssa's favorite format to teach is HIIT because you get maximum benefits in a short amount of time and the playlists are always fire 🔥

Rachel has been an ACE certified group fitness instructor for 6 years. She started teaching classes to students and teachers at UNCW as a freshman in college, and has since coached at 9Round, Orangetheory, and other independently owned gyms. Rachel's favorite thing about coaching is providing a space where participants can clear their mind of all of life's stressors and sweat it out.
